Looking at purchasing 2008 F250 XLT with Sport Package

It's a 2008 F250 XLT V8 Crewcab 4x4 59,000 miles with the Sport package.Power everything, cloth interior, no upfitter switches and aftermarket trailer brake. Dealer is asking 25,000..Where should my offer be?
