That is what I am saying about mine - the truck is in the garage.
Putting these together over and over and over is not my idea of fun. It might be easier with two people though. Some of those bolts are hard to start by yourself.

We had the same problem and more when we put glass front fenders on Jon's 50. The gaps were way off around the cab, the upper and lower fenders didn't fit flush or true and the wheel opening was about an inch aft of where it was on the originals. We put them on, took them off so many times before we just decided to trim them to fit, glass the upper and lower together (which made it much easier to work with) and then rebuild them where we had notched them to fit.

We bought them because we thought it would be more work to weld repair the originals but in the end I think we dumped twice the man hours into fitting the glass ones.

From now on I stick with steel.

I didn't have as many issues as you had, but they are a pain to get right. There are a couple of things that will never be perfect, but i can live with it. On the passenger side the upper and lower fender parts don't match on the wheel well lip. The upper is exactly as it should be but the lower is at an angle about 10 degrees different and not parallel to the tires. I can't sand it to off because I would go through before it would match. I could add fiberglass to the lip and then sand it, but I am not an experienced fiberglass tech either. My original fenders had a half inch of bondo and fiberglass that covered the seams between the upper and lower parts of each side. I sanded a lot of it off and of course found a lot of rusted out and rust through. Since I am not an experienced bodywork man I probably did the right thing for me, but for somebody with bodywork skills I would think that mine would have been fixable. And a lot easier to install again...
