Rustoleum paint job and heat questions

Well I bought a truck that I am going to paint and use the rustoleum way. Previous owner brushed on somekind of paint looks bad. Here is my question are the fumes from painting with rustoleum as bad as normal paint? The garage is a 2 door with workshop space so If I paint on one side have heat source on the other then fan in window sucking fumes out on paint side will it be bad still? If need be I will plastic off my paint side just not sure how well it will still heat if its blocked off. I really would like to spray but if fumes are going to be a huge issue I will just try the roller method it just takes longer.

Fumes are an absolute in painting. Personally, I'd make a makeshift booth using plastic and have a couple filters in front of the fan. Make sure you wear an actual respirator, not just a dust mask, and hope the neighbors don't complain.

Ya I planned on ordering a resperator like I used at my old job doing powder coat. I may just have to roll it on and deal with it taking longer since my only real heat source will be a diesel heater. Decided im going to do the truck white since the truck has black rims and buy the interior spray and redo all the interior in black and grey.
