Dually conversion

I have a reg cab 2002 f350. It is 2wd at the moment and I am converting to 4x4 with pats from a truck I parted out. I want to make it 4x4 dually, I have heard of arrowcraft adaptors, but has anyone used them? Or are there any other brands?
Dually diffs are expensive here (over 2k a piece) so that not an option and its flat bed so won't need fenders, anything else I should know?

Thanks
Andy

I think the Arrowcraft adaptors are about the best out there, I THINK they are still made in the USA..
