Sounds good. Glad its all ironed out for you. Can't wait to see that video before long. How do stage 1s compare to like a 7.3L SD?

Stock OBS is 90 cc single shots.

Stage 1's are 160 cc single shots.

Cali 96 and 97's are 120 cc split shot, and I think SD's are the same. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Rick, the SD trucks are actually 140cc in the Late 99-03's. The E99 is 120cc.

Daniel, this winter I worked on an E99 and put 140cc splits in it, with a T500 and a chip, and mine would for sure beat up on that pretty bad. Bigger turbo and bigger sticks makes a pretty good difference.

It's not nice to beat up on your younger brothers.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy with it Darin! It sounds like you've got yourself on heck of a good running truck there. Enjoy it! I'm curious to hear how these changed effect the EGT's while you're towing the big trailer.

Thanks again guys.

Nate, I'm real curious to see how the egt's do towing too. When I got after it I didn't see how high they went, I was busy looking at the boost and fuel pressure gauges. Oh, and the road too. I have to figure out where I can mount that gopro cam to point at all the gauges on the pillar when it gets a little warmer and try it again. I can't look very long at them as I really need to watch where the heck i'm going when hammering it.

There won't be a lot of wot test runs as long as it runs good. It's a tow vehicle, not a race truck. There will be a few more, but I've got other toys to hotrod with.

I know what you mean Darin. Even with the mule, what's EGT's, ICP, DC%, boost, PW, RPM's? You catch one or two before your going 90mph!! LOL

Worked a little after dinner on my truck tying up some loose ends. Speaking of loose, I had to tighten all my hose clamps in the valley. It filled up with fuel on me. Not a big deal, I can actually get to all the low spots in the valley to clean them up now! I tightened them up and drove it a little more, saw no more fuel so we'll see. Basically the hoses that go on the stock fuel lines and the hose connection at my Y.

Got my oil pressure gauge moved to the right port, and hooked it up and the oil temp there. Both seem to be working now. I just have one problem with my glowshift gauges then, the oil temp color is stuck on red. I'm going to email them and get it replaced.

I had to loosed up and move that darn oil feed line for the turbo. It was resting on the turbo, and I needed to get it moved. That was kind of a pita, everytime I tightened it it tried to go back to the same spot. I finallly got it though.

I still have quite a few more little things to wrap up, but I'm gaining. I completely forgot about the vc pigtail connection that had the center wire pulled out. I need to get one of them ordered and replace it. It worked all the way home, but I'm not sure I trust it.

I finished the front end of dad's car this morning. Tomorrow if I do anything it will be on my truck. It's my birthday tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I'm going to do much of anything yet..

Yeah, that's what I've been doing, loose ends. You have me curious about the oil feed line. Mine loops up and then down to the turbo and the loop is actually against the firewall. I don't think that's good, would you suggest to try to bend it down a little?

Happy Birthday Darin!! Have some chocolate cake for me, LOL

Happy birthday Darin. Mount the gopro to your head that way you can see the gauges and we can see you hit the back of the seat when you punch it. Haha

LOL! Good idea Gabe! Wonder if I can do that??

Thanks for the birthday wishes.

Glenn, I've got mine where it is now against the firewall, or real close anyway. I think that is the best place for it, away from the turbo.
