Copy the link here and we can copy the link and then view it.

If it does it on both tanks then I don't believe it would be a pickup tube. I don't typically run my tanks below 1/4 though. Does this situation happen with a full tank too?

Ok, I saw your video and that sound really sounds like an injector/fuel issue.

Do you get smoke while running or only at startup?
Does this issue happen regardless of tank level?
Idm was swapped with a known good one?

The gurgling sound should be the fuel returning to the tank, as it was designed to do.

I'll do whatever I can to help, but it would be more helpful to know what it does with fuller tanks. Help rule out a couple of issues. Post back when you do that.

No, that is not normal. Which O-ring was junk? Is that the first injector you pulled on that side? Did you check down inside the injector cup to make sure you didn't have an extra copper washer in there?

IIRC the rear tanks pickup tube is positioned weird.

But anyways, both pickup tubes sit about an inch or 2 off the bottom of the tank.

So there is a gallon or 2 of fuel always in the bottom.

Then if it is cracked anywhere above that....

The hutch mod is a great mod to get the best out of your tanks and eliminate the possibility of cracked pickup tubes because everything is stainless going back in.

But thats for another time.
