I don't know if you are supposed to get some sort of notification or not. In this case I guess not. It is a nice looking truck. Maybe someday I can make mine that pretty.
It's only nice because it was a one owner from central Oregon, which is a super dry area. It's got I think 330,000 miles on it, but it has been rust-free for all those years and it drives like a champ. It was driven home from Oregon and summer 2012 I drove it to Calgary to pick up that tractor.
I daily'd it for a couple weeks last summer but that was $25 a day so I had to park it.
Not very cost effective for sure. My 75 is sitting at the local wreckers awaiting my attention. If I decide not to tear into the Bronco it will sit longer. If I drive the Bronco starting in the spring I will start with it.
It's in Princeton. The guy that owns it has pretty much shut it down. He is open a couple days a week from spring till snow flies. He does sell stuff.
He is a Ford guy and loves his trucks. Mostly dents, a few bumps and a few slicks one of which I am after. I got my 75 from him as well as one of my Broncos. I picked up my 65 and 66 from him as well. I had too much stuff and the wife was getting a little ticked so I parted with the 65 and 66. They went to a FTE member from Oklahoma.
You know the picture that was posted in my ROTW thread with the truck towing the tractor? That photo was taken at a wrecker in Princeton with a bunch of dentsides. I'm going to assume I've been there.
I'd say you are probably right. Time for me to hit the sack. One more night of work left in my work week. Have a great day Jackson. Hopefully we can chat again.
Welcome to our newest member tubigg. Coming to us from somewhere in this beautiful province. tubigg rolls the streets in a 2013 F150 which I am assuming is an Echoboost.
