99 4.6L Expedition trans swap w 02 5.4L possible?

99 4.6L Expedition trans swap w 02 5.4L possible?
Expedition.
Last year we swapped my 99 4.6L motor with a 98 5.4L. Left original tranny to the 4.6L, ran great no problems at all until now, tranny fried. Now, got a hold of a 2002 Expedition 5.4L. Assuming the blown tranny is 4r70w?? And after looking through here also assuming the 02 tranny is 4r100 and that this is not going to be a simple swap. Thoughts anyone ???
