Eaton 2-spd rear end - any value?

Under one of Mike's parts trucks is an Eaton 2 speed rear end. Before the truck (VERY RUSTY) goes to that great pumpkin patch in the sky, should I pull/cut this rear out from under it? What is it worth?

Thanks,

OK, from the lack of responses, I guess the rear is of no value. It will go to the junkyard with the rest of this one.

Not worth a whole lot, probably not worth the trouble of taking it out unless you think YOU might have a use for it sometime. One of those things that has little to no value unless you happen to find someone close by that really needs one.

If the shift motor/mechanism works it would probably be worth spending the 5minutes to pull that off and sell it. They fail a lot and would be easy to sell online.

Thanks for the info, kinda what I expected. I know this truck hasn't moved in 10 or so years ad no idea if the 2 spd fiunctioned then. It's been neglected on the back of Mikes property for that long. Looks like a little scrap weight to me.

Thanks again for the update/education.

It hasn't moved in a decade or so that I know, been up on blocks. I'm outside Gainesville, Fl.
