those don't look like 12" wide rims to me... not saying you're wrong but 12" would be wider than the tread of those tires. I used to have some 20"x11' Moto Metal wheels and those hung way out there.

I'd also expect 12" wide rims to stick out a lot further than that. My 315's on stock rims stick out almost that far. I ordered some 12" wide wheels which should be here tomorrow, I'm going to put them on right away.

I bought them off craigslist over 3 years ago, now that you mention it, they are probably 16.5x10, but the tread on these 35x12.5 is 12.5" on the tread, and the sidewalls balloon out from there. and it was pretty hard to seat the tires too, so they still may be 12".... I guess I need to measure them tomorrow.

I got them new off EBay, but there was no packaging or numbers that I saw... I'll look some more.

Where did you get those tail lights? Those are much better than most of the 'altezza' stuff out there and look much better than the standard Econolines that come on the back of the Ex.

Also, I love that grille - I'm still trying to figure out the best and not so expensive way to update my grille and lights.

Tail lights were Amazon. Grill was Riff Raff Diesel via E-bay.

Headlights are Ford Factory, but the Eagle Eyes headlights are hard to see a difference from factory.

The Eagle Eyes are about 150 on EBay.

Hope this helps.

Here are some pictures of 16"x12" with 35" tires... (I think yours are 10" wide rims)

You're right, they are 16.5x10. They will be coming off soon for the pizza cutter snow tires... It will look funny with 235x85x16, but will do much better on the snow and ice than the 35x12.5x16.5's...
Gotta go now!

Your sway bar end links look to be a tad long. What sway bar are you using?

isn't the sway bar supposed to be parallel with the axle?

I like the DIY traction bar. only 1 or both sides?

Factory 05 Excursion swaybar with Factory F350 end links in Excursion holes. My previous Ex (05) when brand new had the swaybar aiming down like this. I didn't do the end links on it when I did the V/mod B's, and the aimed up pretty far. All I know is it rides Fantastic, and doesn't affect ground clearance, so I think I'm ok...

Yeah, mine are pointed a bit up too and I would love a set of adjustable links like the new Hellwigs have.

Ideally the end links should bring the sway bar parallel to the ground.
