Some kewl panels here so I figured I better throw the one I fabbed up into the fray.

I gutted the original bezel, kept the glass, trim ring, and base housing only. The gauges are Classis instrument units mounted in a 3/4" thick piece of monkey wood (hard to work with).

And there it is mounted in the finished dash panel.

I like that, and the indicator lights, I haven't located those on my set up yet.

I know this is a 54 but I wanted to show off my original instrument panel with gauges from a 89 Astro van fitted (more like cobbled) into it. A major cheep skate way to do it.

There is just something so Bla about digital instruments, just numbers clicking up and down. It would be so much better if someone out there made a digtal guage with programable marconi strips, there are many aircraft now that use them and they are so easy to read and kewl looking too. I like them because they show amber when in caution areas, red for warning zones and of course green when all is ok, scanning the gauges is a one second glance.

P55, I like that you have all the gauges in your panel, including the tach. My tach is separate, and a different style. I wish I had seen the style that has the tach in the speedo, it would have made the install cleaner. Oh well.
