both rear Panel/Floor and hot/cold switch not working

Cant change temp in rear or change from panel to floor, Took apart rear passenger side and removed both of the little white motors and was able to physically move doors so was able to change to floor or panel and adjust temp. However both of those motors will not work. Any idea what would cause both of them not to work. On the rear panel switches only the fan speed works..

THanks

Just for any future searches , both motors that control each flapper in the rear hvac were bad. Ford calls them actuators and local dealer charged $58 each. You can find them cheaper here on the forum advertisers. Both are same part swap one for another if only having one problem. Both of mine were shot. Curious why its a Florida vehicle and we never use it. Found it getting ready for a northerner trip.

Perhaps from lack of use those stuck?
Like 4x4 hubs too....
If i don't open my rear foldout windows
once a week or so they get stuck.

And thanks for posting that info, greatly appreciated!

Yeah your probably right . All three of my family vehicles (the Ex, 3500 duramax and wife's rubicon) are 4x4 and I play with all the settings monthly just to free them up.
