Yeah, I got the PM too, but the form at the link requires a paypal authorization #, if I have to pay again, they can keep the shirt

Mine was that way too. I PM'd Renee about it, she said to just type "N/A" into that box and then click submit.
It worked for me

OK, I guess the only way to get the shirt is to whine about it- I've just renewed my 3 year membership for the THIRD time on Nov 4, and have yet to get anything at all, ever---!!!@@@@, XL would be fine thank you.
