Fixing up my 90 F250 4x4 7.3L 5SPD SCLB

Thanks. Complete accident, the guy I got my crewcab from for the FDB project threw it in for scrap metal. For giggles I put it next to the truck and was floored.
Since my truck was blue inside and I've been slowly converting it to gray I had to pick up some new door panels. When I put in the power windows the only panels I had on hand were tan and looked awful. I didn't like where the switches are so I moved them to the window crank hole.
Before.
After.

Sweet. My new dash is missing the ash tray so maybe that. And the armrests if they are any good. I think I have everything else now except carpet, probably going to pony up for new vinyl.

That sounds easy enough, it's a base model with a vinyl floor that I'm thinking is in pretty good shape. I'll look next time I'm at my shop. Be a few days or weeks before I have the cab apart enough to get the floor out in one piece though.

I need a SC mat though, I don't want to piece in a RC mat and another strip behind the seats. The other stuff should fit in a flat rate box.

Brute, sending you a PM.
I put one of the new seats in. It took some creativity and plenty of cutting and welding to make the seat pan fit the Bronco tracks but it's in now and sits at the right level.
Any recommendations on how to stiffen up the floor? My cab doesn't have the extra set of holes for the Bronco buckets and the factory reinforcement under them. The Bronco I pulled them out of has both sets of holes, why couldn't I be that lucky.

My keister is loving these new seats. Much firmer than the old bench but really comfortable. I stripped the Mazda tracks down to the seat pans and attached Bronco tracks. They came out out about the exact same height so they don't feel like the wrong seats. I notched the hinge stops so the seats would fold forward more, I gained 10-15 degrees I think.

Round 2 is officially under way. Changing to a 92-96 front clip and swapping in Super Duty axles with 4.30 gears. Doing a RSK and SD leaves up front while I'm at it.
Already removed the front shackle hanger "cup", those rivets are always a joy. A combination of drilling, grinding, and chiseling did the job. They were in the way of my new core support, I modified a gasser one and it came out a hair wider between the frame rails than an OEM one.
