How many miles should I change oil and fuel filter
#4
I do my Fuel Filters every 6k, as for oil you shouldnt go over 5,000 miles without an oil analysis or bypass filtration in place. The only brand filters I use is motorcraft (raycor marine ) for the 7.3. Make sure you run a high quality oil like Dello, rotella, or devlac. Just keep the oil and filters consistent through your changes.

That would all depend on what type of setup you have installed and the workload you may be placing on the truck. I run a Donaldson 7405 with an oil by-pass and while reports say I can go around 20k between changes, I change mine out every 10k. Changing the fuel filter may depend on who you ask. Some say with every oil change, some say every 25k and I know some folks that change them every 50k. I change mine every other oil change.
Edit: I don't know what is wrong but I can't change the dang font to a larger size

If you are using the correct oil such as Rotella T, Delo or Motorcraft etc, then you can change your oil every 7000-8000 miles with no worries. Fuel filter every 15k. Check SCA every 12k, Change auto trans fluid every 30-35k, differential fluid every 100k, brake and power steering fluid every 3 years, HPOP hoses every 10 years, serpentine belt every 100k. I've never seen a coolant hose pop on one of these trucks but I change them out every 10 years anyway.
