Thanks Pat. It is definitely more street-friendly to drive now. Need to get it insured and licensed again, and find somewhere decently close that sells 100 octane...

100 octane low-lead. Available at all airports with a self-service pump. Problem is it costs $5 a gallon.

Friday night chels and I took the '93 to the farm and brought home the highboy. Hopefully sometime this week or weekend I will have enough time to put the new vinyl floor and headliner in it.

The new headliner installed (sorry for the picture, not sure why it turned out so blurry)

And the new vinyl floor installed

And here's a quick shot of your's truly on a nice relaxing ride with Chels and the ol' girl

And just for S's and G's... Chels and I got out the Malibu Sunday, gave her a bath and wax job

It came from bronco graveyard, probably the same one. The Malibu is an Arizona survivor. Very clean for original metal

As for the headliner, I know a guy that bought it for his 79 bronco, and then discovered broncos and pickups have different cab lengths. I got it for $150, still new in box

How do you like it? Got enough head room? Does it fit pretty well?

I'm very happy with it. As you know, I'm a big guy, and I have plenty of headroom. Fit was good, not perfect but definitely not bad.

I will say, I don't think it's worth the nearly $300 they charge for 'em, but if you stumble on a decent deal like I got, I wouldn't pass it.

Maybe buy a cheaper one without included speakers, and add your own tunes. The speakers aren't anything special, but I just have a factory am/fm radio, so they will work for my needs.

I'd want to see it in person first, anyway.

Maybe some day you will get the chance to check mine out in person, if I ever win the lottery and can get away from work for a meet 'n greet..

Of course, your always welcome to drive down here and check it out anytime you want.
