Extended Service Plans for 2010 Diesel SD

I have a 2010 F350 Diesel with 68K km's. It has been very good except for a recall flash related driveability issue that needed a flash to fix the faulty flash. I would like to keep it past 5 years but a Ford Dieselcare ESP plan only takes it out to 7 years and I was told by the dealer that the cost was about $5200.00 for those 2 years. Needless I said thanks but no thanks i don't care about bumper to bumper coverage as I can repair all but the diesel engine, fuel system, transmission and transfer case related (drivetrain) components. I'm just looking for a diesel drivetrain plan. Has anyone found any cost effective plans out there in the Canadian marketplace
