Nice trucks guys. Kameroth, I don't know why you hate the gas bill we just went from snowflake to show low which is about 45 miles one way and we were on 1/2 tank and only used a little over the 1/4 tank sign so that is pretty good and back was hauling windows and stuff. Huntsducks I would love to have a diff cover like that. I need new tires first going down the road while it was raining and I heard over the radio turned halfway up with all the windows down the tires singing I hate signing tires especially when it is over a good ol' George Strait song.

Here's my work truck. I sold my '99 PSD bondo buggy for $9k and bought this rust free NC X for $7500

She had 161k miles when I got her Jan '11, now has 190k. Mostly stock but I did add Rancho 9000s and a Helwig rear bar along with tune up and brakes. and an alternator last weekend.

Thanks, it's not that nice any more, now that I have worked out of it for almost 2 years. The interior panels are a little scraped up and there are a few scratches outside. It still cleans up ok though, no rust, and runs great.

My V10 is a 2008 F350 Short Bed Dually and was purchased used with 24,XXX miles. It's my weekend warrior and hauler for my side business but rests in the winter to avoid the salty roads. I don't have any "mods" except what came with the truck which are the Leer Cap and Bed Rug. Future mods? Possibly a 5Star Tuner, air bags, have thought about a front bumper, not one of those crazy ones but a "calmer" Ranch Hand. But I think I'll need some brakes soon and other misc stuff that needs to be fixed so the mods go out the window. The maintenanc repairs can be winter projects if I can get the truck in the garage for the winter.

Pictures are:

The day I bought it
What it does for work
Some more work
Having a little fun (no the trailer is not mine)
The last one was the reason for the V10 purchase. 06 5.4 that just did not satisfy and was rotting in places you cannot see.

MDSuperduty nice dually. By the way the 5.4L I have heard bad about I have a buddy who wishs he had the money to trade is 06 5.4L f350 for a V10 F250 or F350. He hauls alot and the 5.4L doesn't hold up very well. Brake problems hey I am on that project right now with our 97 Expy need the poor thing on the road again.

thought I would post some pics of my favorite add ons on our 02 F250 4x4 crew cab V10. the tie downs are called slide and lock they are great the go all the way under the truck box. Plus you can see the spray in bed liner. Then our weather gaurd saddle box truck box. I love this truck box. Then here are also some pics of the truck next to my 88 F150 4x4 302 V8.

I worked my 2000 Excursion hard for a couple of years when I had my tree business. Now she really just sits in the driveway and hardly gets any miles at all.

BTS Tranny that's in her:
