What did you do to the Bronco Today?

Decided to clean my throttle body and AIC motor. Getting it ready to go to the tranny shop. Got them cleaned up with no problems and is idling good. Noticed my master cylinder was a little low. Got looking at it and saw it had been leaking. It had eaten a hole in the brake booster where the brake fluid had been dripping down. Oh well. Maybe NEXT week for the tranny shop!!
Also ordered the rear window switch last week.....should be here tomorrow, that way I can get the dash back together with my dash bezel.
And......my hood release cable handle broke today!! (It's just becoming a comedy show....because I just laugh every time something else breaks!)
This is what happens, boys and girls, when you buy a vehicle that has been sitting for almost 4 years, in the Florida sun!!!
It's all good though.....cuz we're getting close!!!

Bought a pair of chrome plated interior door handles. I broke two on the drivers side in a period of 3 days First happened on a roughly two year old handle when I went to open the door. The other broke 3 days later when I got my backpack caught on it and shut the door ... sore shoulder and busted door handle = lousy day in class

For my 78, I got LED headlight bulbs for my H4 housings for my birthday. Those went in a long with the black and silver style headlight bezels that I've wanted. Otherwise, I am working on researching what I need to go from 351m to 400. According to what I've been told its only a crank and pistons.

I cranked mine for the first time in about 2 months. Had to jump her off and I think the battery is shot. I have been looking for a set of heads to rebuild so I can do everything in a day( ok, so maybe 2 days) and not have the top end open for 6-7 days. 10 years ago 351m/400 heads were EVERYWHERE. Cash for clunkers killed that. I may have to ride to the country to find a set.

A few days ago for my 23rd birthday, my parents got me some LED bulbs from SuperBright. Previously I had installed H4 housings and was impressed already by the difference. Then I got these to tie up the LED conversion and was even more impressed. The only extra part on them is the "Driver" that comes with the bulbs. You plug it into the stock harness and I guess it helps power the bulbs. I'm very happy with it too.
I've still got marker lights to do, license plate bulbs, then the dash lights. The dash lights will have to wait, I'm not ready for those yet but the outside can be done quickly.
I'm also expecting Ford Racing valve covers that my parents ordered but they haven't arrived yet. With those I can cure my oil leak on the cover gaskets that is leaking onto the exhaust and causing a nice smell.
Eventually I'll be pulling my engine and either rebuilding it or having a shop rebuild it. I also would like to find some shorty headers before that.
*EDIT* I forgot to mention I also got a grille set from someone on a Facebook Bronco group. I swapped the black bezels in for the headlights. It looks better

Finished putting the dash back together. (You always find something !) Actually found the hood release cable local.....cost a little more, but I didn't have to wait! Hope the Dorman part works out OK. Installed pretty easy with no problems.
Now........to the tranny shop!
On another note.....has anyone had any experience with "Roadwire Leather Seat Upholstery" through Costco??? They quote $1300 for the Bronco. Hmmmm......Christmas is coming!!
