I am hoping someone may be able to help me with the order of the rubber pads and metal washers/shims. Not sure if washers/shims or rubber pads should be against frame mount. I'm assuming the order will be the same on the next mount back as well. I've looked at the pics in the catalogs but find it hard to discern where the metal pieces go. Unfortunately I've had the truck apart since 1996 and I'm finally getting back on it as life permits!

Thanks for that pic. It is definitely the clearest one I've seen. It looks to me like only one shim is required between the top pad and the frame mount. The kit I bought must have more shims than required for my cab.

 

The Dennis Carpenter pad kits are not a direct duplicate of the originals.
