Glad to hear it Roy. 46F in Eagle River. 146F in Miami. (feels like temp). So hot I burned myself trying to wipe the dirt off the inside of the windshield. This was with the car running and the AC on. Then I branded my hand on the seat belt buckle... It's all starting to come back to me why I wanted to leave here in the first place. It's parked in the garage now - so later when it cools down I can clean the windows.
I won't even get into the traffic issues this week either. And school starts on Monday so traffic will really get interesting starting next week.
Monty - Have a good camping trip. A bad day camping is still better than a good day at work.

Hi Guys, Just a quick check in. Everything is fine at our house, a little scary for a while as the fire got to within a 1/4 mile from our house. It is still really smoky here but no sign of fire near by. But there are lots of fire all around us. It's a real bummer seeing all of the area burning.
I gotta run.
Catch ya later

Tim, good to see you've been spared. My dad and I started redoing my brick sidewalk with concrete today. Looks nice but impossible to keep ice off it in the winter since its too rough. Dad told me if we don't do it this year he's going to be too old next year. Mixed 14 80# bags by hand, made it about 11'. Looks like only 28 more 80# bags to go................. His father was a bricklayer all his life, and he started out doing concrete work, but eventually moved on. He still enjoys doing it though.
On another note one of my buddies dropped by to show off his new to him 2013 F250 Platinum that he picked up this week with 21k on it. The dealer made him a great offer on his 05 V10 and he jumped ship to go back to diesel with the 6.7. He traded his 95 F350 CCLB 4x4 7.3 with 96k for the 05 in 07 and has missed the 7.3. He never should have sold that truck! But the 6.7 is leaps and bounds ahead.

Good evening, Gerry, Monty, Mitch, Doug, Andre, Dak, Roy, Tim, Scott, Don, and all. We are the toyhauler in Tampa for the weekend. Got the damaged right landing gear replaced this morning. All is working well. The temp reached 98F this afternoon before the rains came . It is comfortable outside now.
Have a great evening, all.
