This is prolly a 1 page thread at most
Roy, I'm glad to hear the results. Do me a favor though, anytime she has chest pains, of any type, get her to the ER or call 911. Sometimes 'other' things mask something that can be catastrophic. Glad she is well and she was smart to wake you up. I see it way too often where people are in denial and it doesn't turn out so well.
Hey Monty - Did you try lubing your shaft up before sticking it in this time? Did that work out better for you? Or are you going to have to get another extension so it will fit right?

I do agree.......we be careful.........
At least my health insurance (Military TriCare) covers Health stuff and doesn't blame it on the truck or the house.........

......that would hide the alcohol! !!
Roy - I'm happy to hear that Lynn is feeling better!
Well I feel pretty stoopid. I decided to get the 91 gal. aux. tank. It was delivered last night and I expected it to show up in a box....nope. The tank was scratched and dented, and the fill cap was snapped almost completely off. I finished the job of breaking it in half when I tried to twist it off. I should'a known better, shipping something that big via UPS right before Christmas was a mistake.
The pic makes it look gooder. I printed the return label and it's headed back to Amazon for a refund.
I'll catch up later.
Have a good evening guys.

OUCH Gavin - that stinks.
Roy how did you your tank arrive?
Bought an extended warranty today... a small one 6/60k $0 ded. with enhanced rental coverage... (Only cause the rental coverage was cheap). This should ensure that the truck rarely sees the dealer.
Hit +10F today... But no snow in sight.

That's a tricky question. Where I am, the official sunrise is 10:14am and the sunset is 3:34pm. Fairbanks is worse and in Barrow, the sun never rises. Juneau gets more sun if you go further South. The State reaches from Texas to the Canada US border if you super-impose it ontop of the lower 48.
FWIW, It's twlight for about a hour longer on each end... And for DAYS in a row it is so cloudy and foggy it doesn't get much brighter than twilight out. Let's put it this way, some days for the entire day the auto headlights never turn "off".
Yep - Dec. 21st we turn around.
FWIW, the dark hasn't bothered me as much as I thought it could.
This probably would bother me though:
Astronomy for Barrow, Alaska
Dec. 18, 2014 Rise Set
Actual Time Sun does not rise Sun does not rise
Civil Twilight 11:55 AM AKST 2:50 PM AKST

Tried to dig thru this thread to find what the fix was on your truck but it just got to be reading too many pages. What was the fix in the end?
My sons friend has an 11 F450 and he's having no start issues. If he turn it back off and removes the key then starts again it'll start.

It was a bad connection at the fuse box I believe, but I don't recall specifics .
