will 94-97 valve cover fit 99-03?
looking for a driversside cover will these crossover from 94 on to 03

Yes, the valve cover will work.

Valve cover is the same. The Superdutys have the riser on the fill side, but thats just a screw in deal.

found valve covers now question is the paint does it need tobe high temp or reg work

You can use normal motor paint, 400-500*...
