Great pic. What has been done to the motor over the last 150K?

Oil changes and spark plugs (I'm on my third set).
I believe 150,000 miles is when they recommend coolant flush and other PM items, I'll look through my owners manual but if anyone has suggestions on what to do/ not do I'd appreciate it. Has anyone done a coolant flush themselves or had it done?

I'm a new owner of a used 2013 F150 Ecoboost. I think I got a good deal (I hope) since it came with 144K miles on it. It was a commercial lease vehicle with one lessor for the whole 144K miles. Dealer serviced, and the truck is CLEAN! I swear that this truck has never seen a muddy shoe, anything in the bed, or towed anything! It was just driven a lot! I live in Chicago and the truck came from Virginia so little or no salt too!

Nice; good to see another early gen EB getting up there in miles. A few oil related questions:
- Assuming you're the original owner, when did you complete your first oil change?
- What oil change interval have you performed? (Set mileage or follow the computer or?)
- What oil are you running?

Sure would be nice if the posters could state what ecoboost engine they have as since the accident, I can no longer read minds!
26000 miles in one year on the 2.0 in the 2015 Fusion I sold. 17 miles on the 2.0 in the new Edge we picked up today. Great engine.

69,000 on my 2012. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. It certainly paid for itself, and then some.

42K on our Lincoln 2.3.
We just bought a 2014 F150 3.5 with 48K on it.

Both have had nothing done except oil changes/air filters.

2011 F150 XLT Ecoboost - bought new - 60,000 miles, no major problems. Replaced plugs with redesigned Motorcraft @ 50,000 miles. Just a note about maintenance, I have been getting 19 - 20 on the highway using premium fuel. Recently I changed engine oil, tranny fluid, and the rear end fluid. Went down to Houston for mothers day and got 21 mpg on regular going down there from Dallas. Got 22 mpg on regular gas coming home with a slight tail wind. In both cases I was running about 70-75 mph. These trucks do like fresh fluids to get the best mileage.
