How many miles on your Ecoboost??

Oil changes and spark plugs (I'm on my third set).
I believe 150,000 miles is when they recommend coolant flush and other PM items, I'll look through my owners manual but if anyone has suggestions on what to do/ not do I'd appreciate it. Has anyone done a coolant flush themselves or had it done?

I'm a new owner of a used 2013 F150 Ecoboost. I think I got a good deal (I hope) since it came with 144K miles on it. It was a commercial lease vehicle with one lessor for the whole 144K miles. Dealer serviced, and the truck is CLEAN! I swear that this truck has never seen a muddy shoe, anything in the bed, or towed anything! It was just driven a lot! I live in Chicago and the truck came from Virginia so little or no salt too!

- Assuming you're the original owner, when did you complete your first oil change?
- What oil change interval have you performed? (Set mileage or follow the computer or?)
- What oil are you running?

2011 F150 XLT Ecoboost - bought new - 60,000 miles, no major problems. Replaced plugs with redesigned Motorcraft @ 50,000 miles. Just a note about maintenance, I have been getting 19 - 20 on the highway using premium fuel. Recently I changed engine oil, tranny fluid, and the rear end fluid. Went down to Houston for mothers day and got 21 mpg on regular going down there from Dallas. Got 22 mpg on regular gas coming home with a slight tail wind. In both cases I was running about 70-75 mph. These trucks do like fresh fluids to get the best mileage.
