I put mine on the passenger side of the fuel pump. This is when I was doing mockups and temp installs of some things, but it wound up being where I kept it as well.

The brackets was pretty simple to build but took me a few tries to get the belt size right.

I've tried for a few minutes to get a picture of it up, but the site's not liking my Picasa pictures right now.

EDIT: Here's a pic of the bracket off the engine.

The air horn and tank install looks great. I wouldn't worry about the MPG right now, you can do that later. Just have a good time with getting the most FPG. (fun per gallon)

(Not trying to come off condescending)
Nope, I really have no need for someone to work on my stuff. I may go check out their shops one of these days though. I did not know about the guy in auburn. Thanks for the info.

Hello gents. I have a mileage report for y'all. Totall average of 13.58 miles per gallon. After hot roding around town with some freeway for almost 500 miles, on a fresh engine I think that's damn good. She should definitely meet my mileage goal after she loosens up some. Considering before best freeway average I got was 8 miles per gallon, I'm stoked.

Today the wife and I did a little mild wheeling to a spot high above folsom. Just a couple miles around to take some pictures. Hell of a view up there.

I just had to get a little mud on the tires.

Thanks. Other then drive the crap out of her not much. Near future I'll fab up some in bed tie downs, and I still need to make a horn shield and insulate the hood. Later down the line I plan on a 50" light bar above the wind shield. I also plan on building a winch bumper for her. I'm on the fence whether I want to copy the old warn winch bumper out of thicker material or build something else.

I cannot say I recommend moving to California. We've got beautiful weather and scenery, but this state is full of idiots.

Get off the fence and build it, lol I am sure it will have your awesome design and capabilities touch.

This one to me looks like an old photafab,'78-'79 FULL SIZE BRONCO FRONT WINCH BUMPER #308, and they have some other nice ideas.....

Thanks, I'll get there eventually. Trying to square away some house stuff that I've been neglecting. She a damn good runner so it's time to let her ride for a little while while I take care of the house.

Thanks for the pics.

Just trying to help fuel the fire for design, your truck build is still officially badass in my book!

Thank you sir, I appreciate it.

Let me get some things taken care of. I'll save up after for a bad a$$ winch and build something cool to bolt it to.
