I'm pretty sure the lack of vents are part of the heating issues in the house too. I need to get in there and take a good look at what ventilation is in there.

At 250K, more than likely. It all depends on what has been done to it and what it was used for.

FTE is really messed up right now. I can't seem to get to Page2. I tried about 4 different ways and it keeps bringing me back to Page 1.

Jim .. loans are NOT happening. If I don't have the cash, it doesn't happen.
