Yeah, I know where Slippery Rock is! I played my very first semi-pro game there against the New Castle Thunder.

The little lady and I already live about 45 minutes away, and she is going to Slippery Rock University over in PA (which is even a little farther in the opposite direction). PLUS she's gonna be pulling a part-time job also. So the amount of time I'll get to see he will be somewhere in the ballpark of slim and none I have a feeling.

Bigwin- Why do you have to go saying that? I still don't have my '78 flare side done

Went to Carlisle for the all truck swap meet Friday. Nice turnout of vendors, but man was it hot!

Put insurance on the rat truck today and drove it to the show, small turn out but its always fun driving the old truck

Brian, Sold my old cub last year and bought another one that wasnt wore out like mine was. Installed loaded rear tires and 2 sets of rear wheel weights. (the weights weigh 150 pounds each and I had 2 on each side)

Anyhow, it was driver abuse that broke the gear!

Morning Ohio,

I've got a busy day today...

Selling the Ex and have to get a potential buyer some additional photos he is asking for...the Ex is up on the FTE classifieds if anyone is interested or knows anyone that is interested!

After the pictures we'll be headed to the in-laws to celebrate my FIL's 70th birthday.

Joe.

I've seen pics of factory stuff, but that's hens teeth anymore. Besides, I have the technology!

I'd come up to Copley, but I have to be over East Canton way after lunch for big picnic/car show/BS session at friends place.

I picked up a loader for the farmall yesterday. It is callled the IH 1000. Its the one arm style with hydraulic dump not the trip feature.

It needs some love, but I cant wait to rehose and install.

Thats it boys, summer is over, it seems to go faster every year. In the next couple weeks I will get my plow out and make sure it is ready for...well you know, that bad 4 letter word. Maybe we'll get lucky and have a winter like last year.

Time to get the truck ready for winter.
Hurry up & do the things I procrastinated about all summer...
Don't want to be laying under the truck, replacing front U-joints in December.
& the drivers side door latch broke awhile back.
No big deal rolling down the window & opening it from the outside when the weathers nice,
but pretty soon it's going to really suck.
