Blown or cracked airline, or blown rear bags. Is the pump turning on at all?

Ok probably a blown compressor or compressor relay.

http://www.americanairsuspension.com...NAV%20AREA.htm

Start readin' and let us know what you find (I think there is pump & relay testing somewhere on that page)

Is the check suspension light on?

I would think that they'd get a lumpy ride...

Anybody know how to adjust the front sensor to get alittle extra lift? The rear was easy but don't see anyway to adjust the front.
Thanks

I know this is a pretty old thread, but I thought I'd post my question here to keep all the air suspension talk in one place.
The compressor on my Expy is really loud, but it appears to work fine, and I don't think it's leaking from anywhere in the system. Is the only fix for this replacing the compressor or is there some maintenance that can be done to it to quiet it down for a while?

Replace the rubber bushings that are on the bottom of the compressor, they are probably shot

SeventySeven, Jimmy is right on to add bushing or some sort of insulator under the compressor. Also, consider replacing the drier unit while you are working on the system. This is a fairly low cost "maintenance" item that will add life to your compressor.
Good luck.

Knealing ?

I am a new owner of a 2002 EP 106k and I notice that occassionally after the truck has been parked the rear end is sagging, this does not happen all the time.... Is this the Knealing feature that is posted? When the ignition switch is turned on the compressor fires up and the height comes back up, compressor turns off. Ride is excellent, I occassionally can hear the compressor turn on while driving. I believe if there was a leak that the compressor would not shut off and the lower action when parked would be constant? Love this truck, thanks for any input
