Flatbed is gone. Frame was stretched 2' longer than stock some time in the past. Will end up with a 10' box which I think is kind of useful.
Plan it to get it drivable. I don't want to create a humpty dumpy.
First order of business is to fix the brakes. Then deal with the wheels.

Wheels have been solved. I ended up getting some steel rims CNC machined with the new hole pattern and then welded in inserts to simulate the coining on the rims. Total pain since the rims are not hub or conventional stud centered. Chinese steel is crappy with hard spots.
Added a centering ring for the two dually rims. I should find some pics.
