78 f150 won't start

So,
I dropped my truck off at a local shop to have steps put on (they look and work great by the way) and they couldn't get it started. They quickly tested it and told me it had no spark. I had it towed home and tested it myself. I had spark through the MSD box and the coil (used the test procedure from MSD's website to ensure the box is still good). No spark at the plugs...must be the distributor. Replaced distributor. Good spark at plugs now, but still won't start...grrr. Checked fuel again. good to go 6psi to the holley 1650, fuel in the bowls, etc . It will crank several times strong, then does a slow crank, then several times strong again, but won't fire. Any ideas?
460, C6. Thanks!

Sounds like she has jumped timing. Or you got the dizzy off when you put it back in. Does the rotor line up with #1 on the cap with the timing marks at TDC?
