1951 ford f6 floor pan install
Just curious if many floor pan replacement take place and if any use the metal to metal glue. I want to try to replace the floor pan even though the rust is minimal. I have spot welded them before. Also want to replace drivers side floor pan support were the cab bolt threw. I am looking at the floor pan threw c2c manufacturing. Any help would be great, and dont want to learn from my mistakes. Thanks

I have not tried glue but I think that it all depends upon how much you are replacing. It reads like you have some structural elements involved so IMHO I would stick with welding. Make sure that you prime and paint both sides of your repair. If you have a blind panel Eastwood has an internal coating in a spray can with a tube that works pretty well.
