New Rancho front coil springs have arrived!
Scheduled Thursday for install.
End result should be about an 1" lower in the nose and removal of stack block will drop 2" on the rear. We shall see...

Thanks Savage. Now see you're sittin' about perfect with your "Monster Truck" (oh wait, that's another story). Your 35's aren't floundering around, lost somewhere in the fender wells. A nice level rake, adjust the load with the air bags (future install). I will fling out pictures on Thursday, it will be interesting to see the difference & compare.
Anyone want to buy some hardly used, mostly on Sundays, F-350 4" (plan on 5") coils..? Will trade for livestock or ammo

Scotty,
Bringing back an old thread but what are your thoughts on the Rancho Lift in your F350 now you have some time on it? I am looking into the same set up for my truck. Thanks!

and the Thunder rolls...
I've been well pleased. I spent a fair amount of time off road and have been impressed with the ride & handling. I've journeyed in other lifted Ford's with different suspension set-ups and all seem similar. I think a lot depends on how much money you want to through at it. Rancho fit my budget and the Rancho support team was stellar. I have considered softer rear leaf springs, but I guess that's not why I'm in an F-350. The recent addition of rear air lift bags dialed the whole package in for all my different trailer & towing scenarios. The best of a New Year to you & good luck!

Thank you for the fast reply. I am leaning towards rancho for a couple reasons. Past experience with them and budget. They seem to have a good product at a decent price point. Glad to hear that you are happy with your setup! What ended up being the final resolution with the rear blocks? I do not want to have to stack blocks. Did the get you a single block to install? As for the ride quality would you say same as stock or improved? This will be going on my 2015 F350 CCSB 6.7 Platinum. Most of my driving is highway or gravel woods roads so I do not feel the need to spend a lot for a 4-link system.

Hey Darren, ride is looking beast man! Good to hear ya/see ya

Thanks Rancho Support.

Brian, there are some great suspension products out there for our trucks, too much to choose from all most. The shop that installed mine thankfully narrowed my choices down to a few, and Rancho fit their higher insurance liability qualifications, and past experiences of standing behind their product. The blocks are a single unit and it dialed the rear rake in perfectly for me. The bump stop aligned perfectly with where the stock blocks came in, so it made it a snap to install the air bags w/ some minor modifications.
The ride and handling is superior over stock for sure, and the addition of the dual steering stab. made a huge difference also. Choose your shocks wisely, good money spent here is well worth it. Remember we're not rollin' in a 1/2 ton Chevy (did I say Chevy?), these are F-250/350's, designed to carry the load & pull the load, but still not a bad ride when we're empty.
