Often times we come here and complain about problems or poor service that we get at a Ford dealership. But we often don't post when we get good service. I want to do so now.

If it weren't for Paul at Hellman taking the time to look through a catalog of 100's of connectors, to find the right one. And the advice from their service adviser that Ford often used the same connector for a number of different things, I probably would have ended up having the truck towed and a new engine harness put in.

So here's to Hellman Ford and Paul at the parts counter.
