I watched them all a few years ago in the winter when my wife worked 3rd shift and I couldn't sleep.

New Old Truck

I picked up this 1997 7.3l Powerstoke last night, it's a 4x4 Automatic. It's going to be a work truck but I will fix it up a bit to make it look good. I bought it from the original owner with 200k miles. It runs and drives great, the previous owner has taken very good care of it mechanically but cosmetically it needs some attention.

"Its a ship that goes through the gate. Gateship." lol couldnt resist.

I'm watching them again now. So great. I could think of so many 1 liners...

I'll never forget my first time through, so epic. Did either of you guys watch SGU? Defiantly different than the rest but still good, except ending the series on a cliffhanger....

Agreed. SGU was a disappointment. The cliffhanger could (should) have been completed before the series ended. Too bad it wasn't up to the level of Firefly. That's another good series that ended too soon. At least some of us fans were able to get a movie done due to our write-in campaign.

Anyway...back to the main topic. My apologies for the tangent, but it was fun.

SG-1> firefly>sgu.. Just my opinion. Only reason firefly isn't #1 is because I'm mad they only made like one season and a movie.

Aaaaany way

1997 f250 4x4 e4od 240k on frame, 115k on motor. Needs work but she's my first truck I bought and therefore my baby.

Here's my '96 F47 (Super Duty) that I picked up a couple of weeks ago. First order of business is to either replace the stake bed with a dump box or outfit this one (which is equipped for it) with a hoist.

I just finished 6" superduty front springs on my existing OBS RSK from ORU & didn't move front hanger position to make rear shackles hinge rearwards at bottoms for much improve ride.
I had SUPERDUTY front leafs tie bolt holes redrilled 2.5" forward to center the tires in fender wells.
3x6 tubing with 3/8x3 flat bar welded to top & bottom of blocks for 3/4" additional lift with 3 axle pin holes on bottom to center
Rear axle.
I didn't want this big of block but skyjacker rear springs WITH fitted add a leaf didn't quiet give me enough lift.
I like the old school hollow see thru tubing as I did this back in late 80's & 90's

SKY drop tracking arm bracket & heim joint adjustable tracking bar.
5.5" dropped skyjacker pitman arm.

Saving up for 16x16 real wheels now & MT MTZ tires

I'm not an expert by any means, but that 3 x 6 tubing would scare me. The side walls are too thin for my taste if you ever plan to haul anything.

It's 1/4" thick tubing & truck is too tall for hauling or towing lol

That's what my 2008 6.4L is for.

It's a weekend asphalt warrior.

Mall rated as y'all call them lmao :-)

My '97 F250 PSD 4X4 and F350 PSD CCLB. Both trucks are rough and ragged, hope to make one driver from both.
