No painting on the list, but there is a bunch of other crap. I've told her, she gets 3 days a week, and the rest is for working on my truck.

No, it's been gone through already, but the morons that lived there didn't maintain it very well. The biggest thing I have to do is retile a tub. Otherwise, it's just a bunch of little crap.
