I do hate to be the only one, but August is really tough for me. Moving, semester starting, going to visit Travis, going West for a week or two. September would be my best time. I figured it might take that time to get all this together anyways. I am with Nate though. What better way to meet all you guys and spend a weekend! It's be an absolute blast.

 

As of Aug 9 I will have vacation time back. That might be best so I can use some to travel.

 

I wish I could be there for this. Man, it would be great to all get together and do this for Glenn. I really don't know how I could make it though. I apologize if this happens and I'm not there.

 

I can't rep Nate either... I checked flights to Nate, Aaron, and Todd and that's more than I want to throw down right now...

I'm jealous that you guys are close enough to make this happen...

The Mare would have to be picked up and delivered before the thrash weekend. My only concern is being able to get it up and on the big deck over trailer id be using. Not sure I'd trust a come along. Lol

 

Glenn, what works for you?

August 15th is the only one that is absolutely out as far as my schedule is concerned. The weekend of the 29th, my in-laws will be in town for my youngest's birthday part on Saturday (I don't know if that's a reason not to have it that weekend or a good reason TO have it that weekend ). We planned to go camping the weekend of Labor Day, September 5th. Aside from that I can make the 22 of August work, or we're into mid or late September.

I don't want to push it off too far on account of my schedule, but if that is what works best for your schedule, Glenn, we can do that. Let us know what your schedule looks like and we'll come up with something. As far as I'm concerned, figure out what suits your schedule, I'll compare that to mine and the guys that can make it work that weekend will make it work. I hate to sound harsh that way, but when you're dealing with this many schedules you kind of just have to pick a date and let those who can, make it work. If we wait until it suits all our schedules, we'll be looking at November, lol.

 

I wish it would work too, but I wouldn't feel right about you being there when weekends are the only time you get to spend with your family right now. We'll get you on the next go-round!

 

August 22nd is the only weekend that definitely doesn't work for me. However, I can go pluck the ol gal whenever.

 

I was just now going to say the 22nd, now Todd can't do that. I'm paid thru the 22nd at this campsite and will have this estate done by then, finally!


Any time before the 22nd I can help you Todd load the 'ol gal', lol. I can get my injectors sent off and the turbo sent off and just ask if they can be delivered to your house Nate, if that's OK.


Not only planning this event, my wife and I are trying to figure out our plans. I'm flexible though, most any weekend will work until about the middle of sep. When ever I get in a hurry my wife reminds me that I'm retired, slow down!

 

Sept 12 would be amazing for me. Also sept is better for Byron.
I do agree a date needs to just be picked and go with it.

Just let me know and we will make it happen.
