Stewart is a great guy from what I've seen. He just doesn't know that you pretty much let us handle things and it usually works out.
Start with the fuses, #17 in the in cab fuse panel. It is a 10 amp which controls the gauges, tach ect.
Went through fuses last night. All seemed well. The gauges still bump when the key is first turned on. The fuel gauge doesn't read correct. The oil pressure gauge says 0 while running and the temp gauge goes to thermo nuclear.

sounds like a short....I would trace the strand back....to the sensors
I'm going to the Elkhart Co. Fair tomorrow for the truck and tractor pulls like I do every year! Pretty excited again. In a few years I'll get to take my son like my dad took me. That'll make it even better.
Make sure you got all the grounds hooked up if you had to remove any doing the work you did just before this happened..
The grounds I have checked seem to be good.
I disconnected the sensor on tip of the water pump and my temp gauge went back down. I did wiggle the harness where it goes over the valve cover and I need to look at the large connector it plugs into... bit I am on my way to fixing it. ...
