I've got an '05 F250 with a 6.0 Diesel that has a blown headgasket. I'm trying to find a shop somewhere in my area that has a good reputation to get a quote from. I live near Winchester, VA, but can get to MD, PA, and Nort-eastern WV pretty quickly. Anyone have any recommendations? Please advise, as this is my only vehicle. Thanks.

Head over to the 80-86 forum and you'll probably see a guy named Franklin2 Real name Dave I believe. Shoot him a pm or visitor message. He's a gasser, but good old boy and wealth of truck knowledge. Might be able to put you on somebody.

 

Twisted Diesel, seems to be very knowledgeable but is in Virginia Beach

 

I've also heard Twisted Diesel recommended by a few folks. Mine is still under warranty, so I only go to the dealer. I've got a guy I use for my VW, but he only does VWs. Sorry.

 

Twisted Diesel did all my engine work. Call and ask for "buddy" They know Powerstrokes and that makes a very very big difference.
