Ok so today I got the front drivers door window fixed. later I will replace with all manual windows but for now this is ok. I also got the front filler hose on and good to go but I need to modify the rear one. Fun fun fun. I am getting slowly to this truck.

Ya they are hard to find here though. We should have never gotten rid of our 93 F250 4x4 460 with zf5. It was an amazing truck. That truck is part of the reason also I want this 4x4.

ok so recently me and my brother got to work on taking the white spoke wheels off and putting them on our 89 F250. Unfortanetly he got one wheel on the 89 F350 (this truck) and ended up snapping our 1/2inch breaker bar in half. So we have to get a new one and put it on all the stock wheels on here. Personally I don't know why he likes the stock wheels more but whatever. I was surprised big time as the front brakes have no wear whatso ever. Being I know the previous owner and he will run a vehicle even without brakes and park it when it is dead. Anyways I was wondering if anybody knows if I take these rotors and calipers off and put them on our front end of our 84 F250 Dana 50 TTB will it fit? I figured I could use these as the ones on the 84 F250 D50 are shot. Thanks guys.

I didn't get the chance to get a picture of the one wheel on but it is the right rear.

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.

You want to take the calipers and rotors from the 2wd crewcab and put them on the 4wd F250? If so, NO the rotors are different. Calipers should be the same

I was talking about the front end going into this truck. I figured the rotor wouldn't work but was worth the shot. Thanks for the info though Brad.

Ok so looking through my build thread and notice I haven't updated in along time. We did end up getting the stock wheels on but I talked my brother into later on getting some better wheels. I did get mirrors for the truck off my parts B2 recently but haven't put them on and they aren't the ones I really want for the truck. No getting to the 4x4 conversion yet been busy with the house and other things still and my dad is really in pain from his disability. I also did move it again and completely trashed the front bumper it is completely pulled to the bottom of the headlight and out (my brother didn't hook up the chain right. I will either make a custom front bumper or find another bricknose bumper later. Also fixed the headlight assemblys both right and left they were trashed and falling apart. Here are some recent pics of the truck. These pics are before I moved it or ruined the bumper.

sorry for the sun in this pics:

Ok so I know I haven't been updating this thread at all really because I haven't gotten to it yet but I was talking to a buddy whom did a 90 Ford dually 2wd to 4x4 conversion and he said he took the transmission in his 90 dually and used the tail shaft housing off another transmission that was 4x4 and that worked for him. So my question is y'all know the trans in the 89 itself and y'all know the trans in the 84 donor truck can I take the tail shaft housing off of that donor truck and its t-case and hook it to our 89 5-speed transmission. I don't know if this is possible or what is required that's why I thought I would ask. Thanks for any help.

No. you need an auto housing to go with an auto and a stick with a stick. You also need the tail shaft to go with it as well

Still. the 84 is a 4 speed and parts will not work on the 5speed and you still need a 4wd output shaft for a 5speed
