2003 F250 Tranny Identification

2003 F250 6.0L Long Box Crew Cab. Looking to see if anyone can help me determine what transmission I have and maybe help me understand everything on the label? I will attach a picture of it for you.

Does the "M6" = 6 speed manual? If so, it's a ZF6. If it's an automatic, it's a 5R110.

It is an Automatic. What is the difference between the 5R110 and 5R110W?

No difference. I guess it's technically 5R110W, but the W is often left out.

Very well then that clears up a lot of my confusion. What brand of fluid do you recommend?

Original specs called for Mercon SP, but the SP has since been replaced by Mercon LV.

When I changed mine, I got the Motorcraft Mercon LV from Oreilly's. Valvoline also makes one that meets Mercon SP/LV specs.
