ESOF, not getting power to PVH solenoid

I'm not getting any power to the middle pin on my pvh solenoid plug and no continuity when I OHM tested it to the other pins next to it either. I checked fuse 35 and it's fine. Can anyone tell me what I should check next? Thanks

PVH solenoid was bad and I had to run a new power wire from the vacuum pump to the solenoid. It's been working good ever since.
