About all I can find on mine is "Carlite" on one of the sliding pieces of glass - Carlite is an old OEM Ford supplier or some such.

Carlite is, (was?) owned by Ford.
If it's a factory slider it will have Carlite (with other identifiers) etched into each pane of glass along the bottom edge somewhere.
If it's brushed aluminum with Carlite on it you have one of the early sliders 1973-1981 variant. Some of these were installed on early 1982s.
The felt can be replaced on these, but finding the parts, as they are obsolete, might be a trick.. I'll see what I can find. Chris might be able to help too..

mine has "TGS" etched in each window pane. Has a DOT number, CFR number and some other stuff. At the bottom is has 0482. Not sure if that is a manufacture date or not.
It is all in great shap, windows, tracks, rubber seal (don't leak, so would prefer to leave it be) and latch...all aluminum. Just needs that felt.
I can probably get some bulk stuff from JC Whitney and it will work. It's just plain ole' felt like you would see in any aluminum window...about 1/4" wide.

Wow, I'm amazed how many of you guys like sliding rear windows.
Personally, I don't like them. They have a tendency to leak, the latches break, and it's made of more than one piece.
I'm the opposite train of thought that I want a solid rear window. Way less chance of a leakage, one less thing that can break, it looks clean, and if I can't get enough breeze from a regular cab truck with 2 vent windows and 2 roll down windows, then I'm in trouble.
I'm a sucker for simplicity too.

Ford started putting "Ford" on their glass instead of "Carlite" sometime in the 90's for Ford related glass.
Older Ford Factory radios were branded "Philco" which was another Ford owned company. Philco radios started showing Ford Ovals around Circa 1978/80.
Why Ford owned radio and glass companies, but called them Carlite and Philco respectfully? If I was to guess it is because Lincoln and Mercury, are not Fords, but are (or were) owned by Ford and some of those parts are interchangeable with Fords.

You have an aftermarket slider. No parts for that I can look up.
