I still have the new Weathertech rear liner from my X that fits with the third seat out and a new set of Mile Markers that never got installed before I sold mine.....

Hopefully it will find a good home! I know the new owner of mine is happy.

Thats a nice lookin truck. Is that an 05 front end swap or did the Ex's stay with leaf springs up front all through the run?

Looks like a 04 dash, I thought they would have altleast gotten the newer dash cluster.

Funny how they went bananas on detailing the truck and failed to fix the fog light bulb.

 

yep - or fix the front left bumper or the cruise control button or ....

looking at the history it reminded me I totaled out a chevy pickup within a week of buying that thing and the front left bumper was the only little dent !!!

I did email them to see if they wanted the missing pieces we'll see...

the front end and dash - that was all 05 stock pieces !

I did miss it at first and the wife would hit me whenever I saw one and made the pouty lip - but the new 6.7 crew cab is SO much more now that it's broken in a bit !!!

LabCab knows of what I speak !!! don't you !!!

Anyone want a propride hitch that was used twice before I got the new truck and 5th wheel ?

 

Only for one week and 280 miles so far!
There are aspects of the Excursion that I miss, and I DO notice every one I see..... Mine was the very best rig I owned and drove for over 173,000 miles!
I expect the new F250 to live up to the challange as well. I should get the canopy and bedrug installed within 2 weeks and the new trailer will come home in a month. The new truck should be well broken in by then! My ProPride hitch should arrive on Monday!!!!
5 Boxes with a total weight of 283 lbs.

made the trip through Houston where the Ex is living now and sold him the spare pieces parts that T.D. didn't want

And funny thing - the seller went UP a $1000 on the price since listing it (guess I didn't get enough for the new parts !!!! - but it did pay for my trip plus some !)

Then we had a nice lunch with TD on the decks of Live Oak Restaurant under HUGE Live oak trees !!! Thanks for lunch - you're alright, no matter WHAT they say

Now I officially am divorced from my last Ex - BooHoo

 

The 05 Ex was just an 04 with a front end swap. Ford had initially intended to kill the Ex at the end of 04 but had enough parts lying around to make a run of 05s.
