60k service - new to diesel

I recently bought a 62k 2008 F350 6.4 PSD 4x4 Lariat crew cab long bed. Had to get the CAC replaced today and dealer said I probably should do 60k services because I don't have a record of them being done. I'm pretty certain they were not. I've already change the fuel filters and the oil has been changed.

Here are the following items the dealer thinks I should do. Prices are parts and labor. Is the general census that I should pay for all of these?
  • Transmission Service (heavy use) $233 + $105 for torque shift
  • Transfer Case Service $60
  • Fuel Injection System Service $159
  • Drive Axle Service $80 + $70 for front diff + $13 for limited slip
  • Rear break service $41 (even though their inspection today said they were fine)

I'm not a engine mechanic but mechanically inclined. Are these things that I could simply do myself?
I wonder what some of these services are. For example does anyone know what the Fuel Injection System Service is? Is that just poring something in the fuel tank and charging for an hour of shop time? Would I need this if I started using Diesel Kleen in every tank?
The dealer said the transmission service is on a 30k interval with every other one (60, 120, 180, etc) being where they crack open the transmission to change a filter.

I'm not really trying to be cheap. $761+tax won't break me. But I would much prefer to put some of that money towards mods if I can do it cheaper, without sacrificing quality, myself.

Thanks, Mike

I'd have them do the tranny. Differentials and T case are fairly easy to do yourself. Not sure what the injector cleaning is on a diesel. My guess is a $41 brake service is them putting $1 of lube on the slides.

I would have them flush the tranny. Transfer case and rear diff can be done very easily in the driveway.

Certainly have them do the tranny flush. Rear Diff and transfer case should be done but you can do it yourself if you like.
