I need to track down an oil leak. It's coming down off the starter and best I can tell is it's coming from somewhere above it.

It's awesome. Took a while to get it from Ed. The red is usually on back order apparently.

Changed my coolant filter and fuel filters. Apparently the PO used a NAPA Gold filter for the HCFM. It didn't appear to have the water membrane on it. Never have gotten the WIF light though. Thankfully I've always used a fuel additive. Maybe that's why I haven't had any problems? Also installed the brass drain plug on the HCFM. Getting ready to go on vacation up around Tennessee next Friday. I'm switching to Archoil fuel additive after I use the last of the Stanadyne I've been using. I like it OK, it's just messy to have to measure out at each fuel stop. I've bought some 8oz. bottles so that I can premeasure the Stanadyne, but it's still a clumsy process. I like the squeeze to measure thing incorporated into the bottle. One bottle, no mess.

Thanks again for everything! Especially helping get my exhaust welded back together, the truck ran beautifully all the way home!
For sure guys. It's great to meet the folks here and put a face to the handles. We all did a little truck stuff too! Pretty cool. Thanks again. Hey, we didn't mention it but I thought that sandwich was pretty good also, I'll have to stop back in that place next time I'm down there

Just got done changing the transfer case fluid out. I don't think it has ever been changed by the look of it no color left just black. I used Valvoline transfer case fluid. Thought about using Mercon V but there are stories of it causing cracked cases.

For those who don't know, that fin is designed to deflect air from the radiator to keep the alternator cool.
