Well since you can't keep it because it won't fit in your garage I suppose I'll come over and take it off of your hands

Looks real good Raleigh

The exhaust went in today, ended up getting a single 3" that exits out the passenger rear with a 4" stainless tip.
Flowmaster 50 behind a Flowmaster high flow 3" cat. The cat wasn't necessary but It cuts down on the harshness of the fumes.

I will get some pics tomorrow and possibly a video.

Would like to hear how that sounds. Should be a nice mellow tone!

The exhaust sounds great, the sound quality on my camera is not the best but here it is

1978 Ford Bronco 1978 Bronco video | SuperMotors.net

Drove it to a Vegas Broncos meet Tuesday, had a small case of the death wobble so I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what caused it.
I went through everything and found everything was torqued still. Think a steering gear with some play would allow a death wobble?

How did the bushings look in front? Also is there any play in the steering wheel?

Think I got it nailed. I made a couple of changes today and the combination seems to have stopped it (fingers crossed)
I adjusted the caster down to 4* from 5.5*. While lifting the front end I was slowly spinning the passenger tire, letting it skim the floor and found it had a flat spot about 4" long where it did not skim. Moved that tire to the back. Also remeasured the side to side and front to back position of the front axle compared to the rear. I found the driver side was !/4" behind the passenger, adjusted that up.
Drove it about 30 miles today with no issues. I am still a bit tense when driving it but everything feels good. I took it up to about 55 mph for a few miles, still have yet to take it on the freeway.

Good to hear. After I had my tire fiasco on my 78 I've always been a bit tense on the freeway. But I don't drive it now so it isn't a issue.

Made up some rear quarters last night, pretty simple, nothing too fancy.

I left the back portion exposed, I plan to make a pair of 10" sub boxes back there.

Not bad, since it is all open air there is no real bass to them with nothing to resonate off of.

get a set of those foam door panel baffles for them to have something to resonate off of.
