You can delete your NOx sensor and ALL your emmissions equipment with a tuner BUT it will void your warranty and is illegal (I think??). So it is not an option for everyone, especially if you have to pass emmissions testing.

Up here, we do not have testing, and a truck with emmissions deleted is not all that out of the ordinary. One diesel performance shop here told me they have done over 600 Ford 6.7's!

I deleted all my stuff in Dec 2010 to get the truck out of the shop and back on the road. My turck was at the dealer about 20 days over a 3 month period for CEL etc, it was more than I could take.

Thanks

H&S Black Maxx, not a single CEL or trip to the dealer (accept for a warranty water pump) since Dec 2010.

Do a quick search as I seem to remember a thread already on tuners just recently.

No problem, there are not a lot of 6.7 tuners on FTE. All that I know of are H&S. Spartan is the other option that I know of. You may want to check out powerstrokenation or powerstroke.org for more information / opinions on tuners.

But I am still working on FTE, trying to sway people to the dark side LOL

I have not seen that one in a long time.

But I am asthmatic as well and the fumes from un treated diesel exhaust are a lot worse (for me) than the fumes from the stock process..........
