New to site and need some help.i have a 96f150 and it has what i was told is a smog pump.now i was told before that these can be removed and just buy a smaller belt.can these be removed without hurting the motor? All answers are appreciated.thanks

What Beechkid said X2. It is productive of good results to have all systems working properly...plus the AIR system doesn't use enough power to make a discernible difference.
