Help! Here are the obd2 codes. Any thoughts

Truck: 2004 f150 lariat 5.4 4x4(electric shift ****) 65,000 miles

Really sorry for my looong post guys. Please, bare with me.

7 obd2 codes v v v
p0300 = Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
p0301 = Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
p0302 = Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
p0303 = Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
p0304 = Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
p0316 = Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)
p0011 = "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)

Here is what happened. I bought a trailer for my tools, and previously, I hadn't really ever towed much of anything.

I thought my 4x4low was broke because it never lit up when the **** was turned, 4x4high always lit up/worked proper.

One night I had to move my trailer, and it was rainy/sloppy out. After I got it hooked up it was muddy, and I click the 4x4 on. At this time i must have inadvertantly clicked the **** to 4x4low by mistake. During the trailer hook up in mud I was going from park-to-drive and so forth[WHICH IN HINDSIGHT I NOW KNOW IS THE PROCEDURE FOR ENTERING 4X4LOW]

With my truck now in 4x4low for the first time(unknown to me at the time though, I thought I was in reg 4x4high), I began to relocate my trailer the brief 10 mile trip.

I decided to take the highway. Upon getting on the highway I noticed my truck having high rpm's. I then noticed for the first time that 4x4low lit up in blue. I tried to click back to 2wd, and it wouldn't change. I would later find out I was stuck in 4x4low until I stopped and put the truck in park; per the 4x4low procedure.

When I got my trailer to the new destination I noticed something was amiss with my truck. I hopped on the internet to find out about the 4x4low operating procedure. My truck unfortunately was making some weird sounds now. Truck would still start, and idle fine. When I put the truck in drive and gave it some gas I would -sometimes- hear what was like click-click-rattle-click sound, which kind of sounded like it was coming from under the truck.

My first thought was that I damaged the transmission/transfercase/torqueconverter from it being at about 3000-4000 rpm on the brief 4-5 highway miles.

My check engine light was on now. I went to harbor freight and bought a obd2 scanner.

I got the 7 codes from up above, and it seems like maybe 'my transmission worry' is actually a engine worry.

From the way I understand it, cylinders 1,2,3,4 are all the passenger cylinders. It seems impossible that 4 spark plugs went bad all at once. That usually means that something expensive is going on/broken.

Truck did run for like a week after the trailer haul, with some rough idling occassionally.

Truck is NOT running now, and wont turn start, it tries to turn over but just ends up wasting the battery and it wont start.

Per; easyautodiagnostics.com and troubleshootmyvehicle.com I have picked up a HEI spark tester and will start to see if the plugs are getting electricity.

I am a backyard mechanic, starter, alternators and stuff like that. This time I feel like I might be over my head, Money is non-existant right now so I have to do it all on my own.

HELP, is appreciated. Suggestions???

All four passenger cylinders misfiring ... this sounds really weird. All four coils bad at once ... sound weird. I really am lost.
I will begin the spark testing and check this thread every day for advice.

Thanks again,
SSDconvert

UPDATE: I have changed the camshaft position sensor. Truck will not start, it tries to turn over but cant. Also, since i had to remove the battery to change the sensor i lost all my codes that were registered.

I would be looking at the camshaft position sensor.
