I went and looked at it some more. Could it be the transfer case?

Does it look freshly wet? Is it a 7.3?

I washed it two days ago. Everything else is just dust on it because I live way out in the country. That is just NASTY looking and yes you can see right beside that cylinder/filter thingy that it looks like a fresh leak. It sorta looks like clear oil but the differential should be much farther up actually. This is right at the back/bottom of the engine. Where is the power steering pump at? Yes it is a 7.3

In that last pic you can see fresh oil of some sort.

Power steering pump is on the left side of the motor next to the battery. It maybe the turbo O ring. They are known for leaking. It doesn't take much oil to look like a big leak

I have had oil on those same spots on mine for a very long time. They always get oily again quickly after a thorough cleaning. I am convinced mine is oil that drips out of the turbo plumbing boots and runs down the vee of the motor around the bellhousing. The first few pictures you posted are of the little access panel on the front of the bellhousing that allows you to get to the torque convertor drain bolt by the way.

It looks like your flywheel inspection cover, take it off and look inside. could be oil from rear main seal or trans input shaft seal or could be running down from rear header of oil cooler. I dont have a 7.3 in my EX but I work on T444E's (basically the same engine) all night long and these items leak on ours all the time.

Okay if it was the turbo O ring would it have oil in the "front" of the turbo all over the pipes coming out of it?

Nah, I'd be willing to bet large sums of money the rear main seal and trans shaft seal are fine.

The leak shown in the pics is very common on 7.3's.

Clean the whole engine valley really well. Front to back. Get some Simple Green and rags and clean, clean, clean.

Start your engine and take a short trip, then pop your hood and look at your pedestal and EVPB plunger to check for leaking oil. Also check the HPOP at the front of your engine to make sure you aren't leaking there too.

You have a top-side oil leak that is draining down the through the valley drain hole in the back of the valley. That makes it look like the engine is leaking from the rear main or from behind the trans inspection cover.

That is one slimy motor.

Might take more than simple green and towels, I'd go with simple green or purple power and a pressure washer BUT MAKE SURE TO COVER THE POWER STEERING CAP WITH A PLASTIC BAG AND ZIP TIE.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with "That is one slimy motor."
And for you to find a leak on that thing you really need to clean it from top to bottom. And if it isn't the turbo or pedestal I would look around the HPOP for leaks because if it is leaking it to could leak down the back of the valley.
So give it a good bath but make sure you cover the power steering cap and a bag over the Alt.
Good luck
